Through active practice and project-based learning, learn how to enhance your influencing power, build circles of influence, promote career advancement, increase your Gender IQ, and enhance the effectiveness of your communication.
Whether you choose the 12-month program or the 6-month accelerated program, you’ll participate in 12 sessions:
- 2 Sessions for each of the 5 Pillars
- 1st Session: Learn
- 2nd Session: Apply
- 2-hour working classroom sessions
- 90-minute tribe circles with 5-7 peers
- Self-paced pre- and post-work that includes books, videos, and articles
- Experiential sessions, including activities, practice b/t sessions, reflection and progress journals, stretch goals, and a capstone project
- Behavioral and 360 Assessments
